Revo Uninstaller and windowsweep
An uninstaller from VS Revo Group that runs a program's own uninstaller, then scans for leftover files and registry entries; the Pro edition adds forced uninstall and install monitoring.
01 / WHO IT SUITS
Which one suits you
Choose Revo Uninstaller if uninstalling is the whole job: trace logs recorded at install time, forced uninstall of broken programs and a logs database for stubborn ones.
Choose windowsweep if you want caches, logs and leftovers in one pass with the uninstaller, every protected path refused the same way, and an engine under an MIT licence.

“Not stated on the pages we checked” is not a no. The page did not say, so the question is still open, and Revo Uninstaller's own site is where to ask it.
04 / THE OTHER SIDE
What windowsweep does not do
- windowsweep does not clear tracking cookies today. Cookies, logins, history and Local Storage are left alone in every browser profile, so a tool here that clears them does a job this one does not.
- The Free plan counts real runs: 15 a month on each machine, and 15 more once you sign in with Google. Dry-runs and scans are never counted, and neither is the command line.
- It has no undo. A cache it deletes is gone until the program rebuilds it. Only the sections that offer personal files and leftover folders use the Recycle Bin.
- It runs on Windows 10 (1809 and later) and Windows 11, and on nothing else.
