Every price and feature here was read on the maker's own site, and links back to where it was read. Where a page did not say, this says so. Nothing is scored and nothing is guessed.

02 / THE OTHER SIDE
What windowsweep does not do
- windowsweep does not clear tracking cookies today. Cookies, logins, history and Local Storage are left alone in every browser profile, so a tool here that clears them does a job this one does not.
- The Free plan counts real runs: 15 a month on each machine, and 15 more once you sign in with Google. Dry-runs and scans are never counted, and neither is the command line.
- It has no undo. A cache it deletes is gone until the program rebuilds it. Only the sections that offer personal files and leftover folders use the Recycle Bin.
- It runs on Windows 10 (1809 and later) and Windows 11, and on nothing else.
03 / HOW THIS WAS READ
How this was read
Each line came from the maker's own pages, read on the date beside it. A page that changes after that date makes this one wrong until it is read again, which is why every line links to its source. There are no ratings, logos or counts of users here, because nothing on those pages could prove them.
