01 / WHO IT SUITS
Which one suits you
Choose WizTree if the question is where the space went: a tree map of every file in seconds, duplicate finding and CSV export.
Choose windowsweep if you want the caches, logs and leftovers removed as well as measured, with each target named before it is touched.

“Not stated on the pages we checked” is not a no. The page did not say, so the question is still open, and WizTree's own site is where to ask it.
04 / THE OTHER SIDE
What windowsweep does not do
- windowsweep does not clear tracking cookies today. Cookies, logins, history and Local Storage are left alone in every browser profile, so a tool here that clears them does a job this one does not.
- The Free plan counts real runs: 15 a month on each machine, and 15 more once you sign in with Google. Dry-runs and scans are never counted, and neither is the command line.
- It has no undo. A cache it deletes is gone until the program rebuilds it. Only the sections that offer personal files and leftover folders use the Recycle Bin.
- It runs on Windows 10 (1809 and later) and Windows 11, and on nothing else.
